Job Title: Land Surveyor/Drone Pilot

Keltbray Infrastructure Services is seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor/Drone Pilot to join our team. As a key member of our survey team, you will be responsible for collecting and processing data using UAV platforms, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with our flight team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site data acquisition using UAV platforms and ensure data integrity.
  • Plan and prepare for missions, including equipment setup and liaison with ATC as required.
  • Process, manage, and present data, including photography, videography, photogrammetry, LiDAR, thermal imagery, and GNSS survey control data.
  • Assist with aircraft management, maintenance, and software updates as needed.
  • Manage flight logs and update associated documentation.

Requirements:

  • HND/degree in Land Survey, Geomatics, or equivalent.
  • PfCO GVC certificate with experience flying multirotor and fixed-wing drones/model aircraft in a commercial environment.
  • Understanding of photogrammetry principles and software processes/applications.
  • Experience with laser-scanning products and advanced data manipulation for BIM implementation (full training provided).
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and compilation skills.
  • Ability to use GPS kit/Total Station/Level proficiently.
