Project Lead - Civil and Structural Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our team at Assystem GmbH. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading complex infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time and to budget.
  3. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  4. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest technical standards.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

  1. Education: HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

  3. Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
