Position Overview

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to become a vital part of our team, collaborating closely with our corporate headquarters. The Systems Analyst will engage with fellow IT professionals in the planning, testing, and configuration of Unit4 ERP (Agresso) modules to support various business functions.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of finance and have hands-on experience in enhancing and developing the Unit4 ERP (Agresso) system.

  • Provide support to a diverse user base of Unit4 ERP (Agresso), addressing a variety of system inquiries across multiple support levels.
  • Engage with several Unit4 ERP (Agresso) modules, including Financials (GL, AR, AP), Project Management, Logistics, and Workflow.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills and experience in delivering process-oriented functional enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and comprehend business systems, continuously seeking improvement by recommending new and revised business processes and systems.
  • Assess new technologies and provide cost-effective IT solutions tailored to diverse business requirements.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent occurrences and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with IT team members to support and implement effective business solutions.
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on users, demonstrating a prompt response to support requests.
  • Ensure all incidents and service requests are managed efficiently and in accordance with established processes.
  • Define, review, and implement standards for design, programming, and documentation of business systems.
  • Write code and execute SQL scripts following established guidelines and standards.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Unit4 ERP software or similar ERP applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and results-driven.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Preferred knowledge in finance and accounting.
  • Development experience in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET is advantageous.
