Job Title: ERP Software Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Software Specialist to join our team at Maris Interiors LLP. As a key member of our business operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through the effective implementation and management of our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Generate a minimum of 15 new qualified leads weekly from our research database, utilizing your exceptional communication skills and commercial acumen to engage with potential clients and drive business growth.
  • Telesales: Conduct daily telesales efforts, making 300 calls or 2 hours of talk time daily, to profile over 3000 businesses and identify new business opportunities.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with our Business Development Operations Manager and Telesales Director to develop and implement effective business development strategies, driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring seamless integration with our ERP system.

  • Commercial Acumen: Possess a keen sense of commercial acumen, enabling you to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • ERP System Management: Have experience in managing and implementing ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • Team Player: Be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
