Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Unit4 ERP Financial Systems Specialist to join our team at SystemsAccountants. This role is pivotal in enhancing our Unit4 ERP / Agresso system within a higher education institution that is currently implementing a comprehensive improvement strategy.

Location: Primarily remote with occasional on-site requirements.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for the Unit4 application.
  • Collaborate with Finance Super Users to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct user training sessions to enhance system proficiency.
  • Engage in various Unit4 enhancement initiatives, including a significant upgrade and transition to Unit4's Cloud platform.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a Finance Systems team, working closely with Finance, IT, and other departments.
  • Hands-on experience with Unit4 ERP Agresso Finance Systems development.
  • Experience managing ERP upgrades and improvement projects, including modular implementations.
  • Technical knowledge of core modules in Unit4 Business World Agresso, particularly in Financials and Logistics.
  • Experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support; 3rd line support experience is a plus.
  • A background in finance is preferred, with finance qualifications being desirable but not mandatory.
