Job Title: Sustainability Consultant or Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sustainability Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Sustainability Team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their sustainability goals.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sustainability and energy efficiency, with experience in building performance simulation, operational energy use, energy generation, and overheating. You will be responsible for supporting our clients in developing energy strategies, leading sustainability innovation on various developments, and assisting in the delivery of environmental assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Modelling and analysis, including building performance simulation, operational energy use, energy generation, and overheating.
  • Supporting on energy strategies, leading sustainability innovation on a number of developments.
  • Supporting the development of holistic Sustainability Strategies.
  • Assist in the delivery of environmental assessments (such as BREEAM, WELL, HQM, etc) from early design stages through to completion.
Requirements:
  • Experience in energy strategies, building regulations, and in-use energy modelling and assessment.
  • Dynamic modelling for thermal comfort assessments and overheating risk assessments.
  • Production of and support of planning submissions.
  • Net zero carbon strategies.
  • Experience working within the built environment sector.
