We are in search of a driven and dedicated professional to join our team as the Sales Manager of our Internal Sales Team during this pivotal phase of expansion.
Role Objective:
As the Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in propelling revenue growth, overseeing sales initiatives, and guiding a committed team of Internal Sales Consultants from our strategically vital Sales Centre.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Sales Leadership: Directing teams across sales, customer service, and technical functions to ensure outstanding sales performance by meeting targets, identifying opportunities, and delivering excellence.
- Sales Best Practices: Instilling effective sales practices within the teams through coaching, development, and reinforcement of sound sales disciplines.
- Revenue Growth: Leading the team in discovering and pursuing new revenue opportunities, including thorough qualification, upselling, cross-selling, and enhancing the Flowtech brand.
- Process Enhancement: Identifying and advocating for improvements in internal processes.
- Performance Analysis: Generating and utilizing reports to boost team performance and meet KPIs.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborating closely with Customer Services to enhance satisfaction and exemplifying exceptional service delivery.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining robust relationships with current and prospective clients to foster customer retention and growth.
- Operational Efficiency: Leveraging company technologies to improve operational efficiency and create value for customers.
- Team Coordination: Conducting daily check-ins and weekly team meetings to assess and plan activities, address challenges, share successes, and maintain a strong sales focus.
- Service Standards: Upholding service standards while ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.
- Team Development: Developing and implementing personal growth plans for each team member.
Essential Qualifications for This Role:
- Demonstrated experience in sales leadership and strategic planning.
- Exceptional relationship-building, listening, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive revenue and margin growth through effective team management.
- Commitment to high service standards and effective sales practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Highly organized and efficient.
