Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial aspects of consulting engagements, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Communicate effectively with senior client partners and stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Program management skills: manage large and complex programs of work in a structured and planned manner.
  • Matrix management: lead a team of project managers, project coordinators, consultants, coaches, and partners.
