Job Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our retail stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality work and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
  • Supervise a team, creating a positive environment where team members feel valued and supported
  • Act as a responsible key holder
  • Operate the till, take orders, and receive payments
  • Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary
  • Produce weekly rotas following manager's guidelines
  • Place orders for stock to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Delegate tasks and ensure the team is proactive at all times
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations
Requirements
  • Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering great customer service
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
