What You'll Do
  • Lead by example, setting high standards for yourself and your team
  • Develop and train new Baristas, helping them grow and succeed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and menu offerings
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
