We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Service Advisor to join our team at Additional Resources. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our Aftersales Department and managing customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking vehicles into the workshop and arranging service loan vehicles
  • Preparing and issuing customer invoices
  • Managing warranty claims and providing support in the parts department
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Valid UK driving licence
