Position: Clinical Trial Operations Coordinator

As a Clinical Trial Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily functions of clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the daily logistics of clinical trials, which encompasses supply reception, coordinating Quality Assurance release, and ensuring the prompt dispatch of materials as per client specifications.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with clients to address their requirements regarding timelines and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Overseeing the return and disposal processes for clinical trial materials.
  • Facilitating regular meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols.
  • Assisting in the establishment and upkeep of study documentation systems, ensuring meticulous record management.
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager to align all Fisher Clinical Services activities with customer and study objectives.
  • Coordinating and disseminating all pertinent activities, both internally and externally, to guarantee the timely availability of services and products as required by clients.
  • Providing timely updates and reports to clients as necessary.
  • Offering support to the Project Manager during their absence.
  • Monitoring clinical trial operations and overall business activities.
  • Complying with Good Manufacturing Practices in all aspects of the role.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment is essential.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple priorities and adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to assess challenges and propose viable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information and addressing inquiries from management and clients.
  • Ability to cultivate strong client management skills, anticipating and surpassing client expectations.
  • Proficiency in mastering and utilizing internal systems related to projects.
  • Strong numerical and computer skills, particularly in Outlook and Excel.
  • Familiarity with and competent application of Standard Operating Procedures as mandated by company quality standards.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in diverse administrative positions is preferred.
  • Understanding of clinical trials is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a highly regulated sector is preferred.
