Senior Estates Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Estates Officer (Mechanical) to join our Estates Management team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a proactive part in meeting the Trust's objectives in a safe, cost-effective, and efficient manner, while ensuring compliance with legislation and good practice.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out AP duties in line with relevant appointment and HTM requirements.
- Support the Senior Estates Manager in their role and deputise as needed.
- Functional management of junior staff members.
- Responsible for training and mentoring of estates team, including toolbox talks within respective disciplines.
- Provide senior engineering support and act as a role model for other members of the maintenance team.
- Cross-site responsibilities in accordance with the respective appointed AP function and have a detailed understanding of sites.
- Med Gas/Mechanical.
- Responsible for specific oversight and completion of AP action logs.
- Technical support to projects.
- Provide technical reports and solutions.
- Be regularly engaged with the Authorising Engineer.
