Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of residents, including administering medication and maintaining accurate records.
  • Lead the team in providing individualized care to residents, following procedures and policies.
  • Maintain a safe and clean workplace, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Complete personal care tasks, such as toileting, bathing, and bed changing, while maintaining resident dignity.

Requirements:

  • Experience in handling and administering medication.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Ability to lead and supervise peers.
  • Knowledge of MCA, DoLS, and Safeguarding.
