Job Role

We are seeking a Relief Young People's Support Worker to join our team. As a Relief Worker, you will provide support to our team during periods of staff absence or high demand. You will work on a casual, hourly paid basis, with shifts worked on a residential rota.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide enabling support to young people with learning disabilities, ensuring their physical, personal, and emotional needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide a high-quality service that meets the needs of each young person.
  • Support young people to achieve their individual outcomes and progress within their care plans.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with experience of direct work with children and families, and/or experience of working with children or adults with a learning disability and/or an autism spectrum condition. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a person-centred approach.
