About the Role:

Pret a Manger is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Leader to join our team. As a Kitchen Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting, training, and coaching our team members to consistently create delicious food for our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the consistent creation of delicious food in alignment with Pret a Manger's exacting standards and operational needs.
  • Lead and inspire the team by embodying and promoting the core values and qualities of Pret a Manger.
  • Act as the guardian and custodian of Pret a Manger's quality standards.
  • Adhere to all Pret a Manger health and safety policies to guarantee the safety of all products served to our customers.
  • Conduct stock counts and administrative tasks meticulously and accurately to support smooth operations.
