Kitchen Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Danson Stables, a traditional pub serving delicious food and drinks in the heart of Danson Park.

About the Role

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in our business success, assisting in supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to produce high-quality dishes.
  • Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager.
  • Assist with stock management, ordering, and management of supplies.
  • Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean, and hygienic condition at all times.
  • Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve the kitchen's performance.
  • Lead the team to achieve company targets.
