Position: Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant (RTA)
Company: United Health System
Location: Grass Valley, California
Compensation: Up to $1600 weekly gross for 40 hours
Schedule: 6 to 13 Weeks Contract, 36 hours guaranteed or Per Diem

Flexible Opportunities: Candidates interested in Per Diem (Flexible Schedule) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding patient support by assisting with daily living activities and personal care tasks.
  • Respond swiftly to patient requests, evaluating needs, and delivering suitable assistance.
  • Track and record vital signs, dietary intake, and urinary/fecal output.
  • Engage with healthcare professionals to obtain information regarding patient conditions and treatment protocols.
  • Support patients with medication reminders, ensuring compliance with relevant training and facility regulations.

Qualifications:

  • State certification as a Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant.
  • Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).
  • Completion of a Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant program.
  • Valid Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant license.
  • COVID Vaccination/Health Documentation/License/Physical.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
