Project Manager - Carpentry & Joinery

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client's team in Victoria, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the £9m carpentry and joinery works on a prestigious scheme.

About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day control and delivery of the site to meet customer specification, ensuring that all risk, specification, and project timescales are met in full. This will involve managing a team of professionals and ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of carpentry and joinery, obtained through a combination of experience and education. They will also have excellent man management skills, strong self-management skills, and be commercially, financially, and contractually aware.

They will also have good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
