The Role of Cost Manager

  • You will oversee various commercial functions, including procurement, bidding processes, contract management, adjustments, and the administration of subcontractor packages through to final settlements.
  • Your focus will be on minimizing risks and costs while maximizing value through diligent cost analysis and evaluation of labor, equipment, and materials.

Your Qualifications

  • A degree in BSc Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or equivalent qualifications/experience is essential.
  • Experience in the construction sector with a primary contractor in a similar capacity managing large-scale projects valued over £100 million is required.
  • Experience in large industrial projects is preferred.
