About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our friendly and award-winning team as a Food and Beverage Team Member at Avery Healthcare.

Your focus will be to support with the dining service and assist residents with their meals, ensuring a high standard of personal hygiene and compassion in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with choosing meal options and ensure dining tables are set according to standard operating procedures.
  • Keep front of house clean, tidy, and well-presented, and remove and replenish dirty crockery throughout the day.
  • Ensure fresh homemade cakes and biscuits are accessible in bistro areas and replenished throughout the day.
  • Be aware of residents' dietary requirements and ensure their needs are met.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.

Our ideal candidate must demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene, compassion, and commitment to delivering culinary services to residents.

A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial, and experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel would be desirable.
