We provide vital support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments, empowering them to live fulfilling lives within their communities.

As a Casual Community Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting our service users with daily tasks, promoting their independence, and fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals based on their unique needs and preferences.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in community activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
Essential Skills and Qualities:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting person-centered care.

Experience in the social care sector is desirable but not essential. Comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates.

This role offers a flexible working arrangement, with shifts available on a casual basis.
