Job Description

Job Title: IT Systems Manager

Job Summary:

Erin Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Systems Manager to join their technical services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with a focus on systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and support of all systems, including ERP
  • Managing IT budget and liaising with department heads
  • Ensuring all group remains compliance with IT internal control requirements
  • Being responsible for disaster recovery procedure and recovery process
  • Manage system requirements and propose solutions through implementation and testing and go-live
  • Strong reporting and database experience ideally SQL Server
  • Providing training to all team members across the group
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ideally have some experience with cyber security certification
