We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Urology team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients with urological conditions, as well as participating in clinical audits and research projects.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with urological conditions.
- Support and advise patients with long-term indwelling catheters.
- Provide one-stop assessments for patients referred with trial without a catheter, urinary retention, and breaking bad news.
- Initiate or participate in clinical audit/research projects and urology presentations.
