Financial and Management Accounting, including a solid understanding of corporate governance and financial operations such as long-term business strategy and treasury management, specifically in loan portfolio oversight. CCAB qualification or equivalent is preferred.
Prior experience on a Board is not a prerequisite; what matters is a genuine desire to contribute and make a positive impact. Comprehensive training and support will be provided.
