Health Care Support Worker Vacancies 32.5 hours per week Term Time Only - Trethomas Health Centre.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Health Care Support Workers to join our Caerphilly School Nursing Team, working 32.5 hours per week, term time only.
This role is to work under the supervision of the Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (School Nurse) by contributing to the delivery of the Healthy Child Wales Programme, Child Measurement Programme, Vision Screening programme within the allocated teams/ boroughs and supporting the school based immunisation programme Gwent wide.
As a member of the school nursing service you will be required to work in a variety of community settings in order to provide both clerical support as well as assigned clinical tasks involving direct contact with and care of school age children under the direction of the Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (School Nurse) and other qualified staff.
