Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our elite Legal team at Rotork. As a key member of our compact and dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier cross-border legal counsel to our global enterprise.

Your responsibilities will include advising Rotork and its subsidiaries on a wide range of matters, including commercial contracts, litigation, data protection, employment and HR issues, mergers and acquisitions, internal restructuring, property deals, and intellectual property issues.

You will be expected to offer innovative solutions to business challenges, driving efficiencies and shaping business strategies. Engaging with our Management Board, you will have a daily impact, ensuring that no two days are alike.

Requirements

Experience requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with 4+ years PQE.
  • Must have solid experience in general commercial contracts. Additional experience in data protection, employment or disputes/litigation is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in providing consistent and clear risk-based advice in an in-house environment is essential.

  • Can build relationships at all levels through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Can work autonomously but be a team player.
  • Is calm under pressure and organises workload to be as efficient as possible.
  • Has excellent attention to detail with a tenacious approach to best practice.
