About the Role

Mundipharma is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide expert advice and support to our business leaders and teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate legal projects, including due diligence, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external counsel and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
