We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our elite Legal team at Rotork, a global leader in flow control and instrumentation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier legal counsel to our business units across EMEA and India.

Your responsibilities will include advising on a wide range of matters, including commercial contracts, litigation, data protection, employment, mergers and acquisitions, internal restructuring, property deals, and intellectual property issues. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to provide risk-based advice and support the growth of our company.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong experience in general commercial contracts
  • Additional experience in data protection, employment, or disputes/litigation is highly desirable
  • Ability to provide consistent and clear risk-based advice in an in-house environment
