Quality Assurance and Technical Support Specialist

In this rewarding position, you will work closely with our Quality and Technical Managers to guarantee that our offerings consistently adhere to the utmost quality benchmarks.

Your contributions will be vital in minimizing expenses related to quality challenges, aiding the organization in its journey towards digital advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading Quality Improvement Teams (QIT) to foster system enhancements
  • Overseeing the Pass/Fail system and tracking Quality KPIs/Scorecards
  • Assisting in inspections throughout the manufacturing process
  • Managing testing protocols and ensuring compliance with applicable British Standards

Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree or NVQ in a related discipline
  • Proficiency in MS 365/Office suite
  • Experience in auditing and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is preferred

This role operates Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00, with an hour unpaid break.
