Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Streamline production routing, transitioning processes into industrial-level production, and implementing cost and time efficiency improvements.
- Technical Documentation: Create, review, and comprehend technical documentation, including quality assurance documentation, to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Root Cause Analysis: Analyze test data, produce root cause analysis, and contribute to the improvement of future alloys.
- Metallurgical Operations: Witness metallurgical operations and ensure conformance to customer specifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead improvement project meetings, driving continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility.
- Technical Support: Act as a technical point of contact for internal queries, especially relating to the proof machining department.
Requirements:
- A Degree in a relevant field (Considerable experience may be considered in lieu of education)
- Strong data analysis skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability in decision-making and effective problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities and challenges.
