Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Management: Utilise various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, conduct thorough candidate screenings, and match candidates to appropriate job opportunities.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets and Activity KPIs, with a proactive sales approach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' service in a similar role.
  • A driving license holder.
