Junior Post Producer & Production Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Post Producer & Production Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post-production management and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Producers and Producers to oversee the post-production process from start to finish for branded content and special projects.
  • Develop and manage post-production schedules and workflows for projects.
  • Assist with budget tracking and allocation.
  • Support international shoot preparation by coordinating and booking visas, travel, carnet paperwork, and research permits.
  • Contribute to drafting risk assessments for final processing and sign-off by the Producer.
  • Utilize design skills to assist with social media and PR efforts (desired but not essential).

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in post-production management is essential.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Apple iOS is required.
  • A background in branded content, documentary, or advertising is essential.
  • Understanding of best practices for legal, compliance, rights, and clearances is necessary.
