Job Title: Financial Accountant, Statutory Reporting EMEA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for the preparation and review of statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant governing accounting principles and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements for the UK and various legal entities within the EMEA region.
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP (FRS102) and US GAAP.
- Support the Statutory Reporting manager in tracking regional statutory reporting requirements and progress.
- Work with local controllers and advisors to implement new financial systems and software.
- Collaborate with Treasury and Legal to review cash and reserves availability and calculate proposed dividends for the EMEA region.
- Assist with the implementation of new financial systems and software.
About You:
We are looking for a fully qualified ACCA or ACA finance professional with considerable relevant statutory accounts experience, ideally within a large multinational company. You will have a strong understanding of UK GAAP (FRS102) and US GAAP, as well as excellent communication and prioritization skills.
