Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team in Glasgow. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication administration
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Communicate effectively with health professionals and other stakeholders

Requirements:
