HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Totally Local Company. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our business leaders to achieve their objectives while ensuring that our employees are engaged, motivated, and equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to provide HR advice and guidance while managing business risk.
  • Identify gaps and propose changes to improve performance and employee engagement.
  • Support the development of company policies and HR processes in line with business needs and employment law updates.
  • Manage employee relations cases and provide specialist HR advice and guidance.
  • Coach line managers to manage employee relations issues directly and ensure widespread understanding across the business.
  • Champion equality and diversity across the company.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in ER case management and employment law knowledge.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Impeccable time management and organisation skills with a strong eye for detail.
  • CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
