Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our Reward team at Deliveroo. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programmes that align with our business strategy and compensation philosophy.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Reward team colleagues and HR partners to develop strategic compensation and benefits programmes that drive business results.
- Develop and maintain regular compensation and benefits reports to inform budgets and forecasting.
- Analyse compensation and benefits-related data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Perform market benchmarking to evaluate Deliveroo's market positioning and inform compensation band structures and benefit proposals.
- Support the UK annual benefits enrolment program, including project planning, employee communications, and testing.
- Manage complex employee benefit queries and provide expert advice to stakeholders.
- Develop compelling communications on Deliveroo's compensation and benefits approach, programmes, and philosophy for HR partners, recruitment, and the business.
- Support the bi-annual compensation and performance management programmes, including budgets and modelling, developing tool requirements, communications, and training.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in the Total Rewards space.
- Experience in compensation and benefits programme design, implementation, and delivery.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience growing relationships with global partners across all levels, including executives and senior leaders.
- Ability to develop concise materials, executive-level presentations, and deliver presentations to large audiences.
- Experience in at least one of the following compensation fields: salary design, sales compensation, global compensation, equity compensation, executive pay.
