Health and Safety Manager

As the HSEQ Manager at Advance Training & Recruitment Services, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards across our business. Our client is a leading civil engineering contractor specializing in Coastal Protection, Fluvial, Ports & Harbours, Water Industry, and Infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure industry standards and legislation compliance.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality across the business, ensuring these are agreed upon with Directors.
• Stay ahead of HSEQ-related legislation by monitoring legal developments to ensure the company remains compliant.
