About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to join our team at Advance Training & Recruitment Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with industry standards and legislation.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality, with a proven track record of developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure HSEQ performance across a business. You will also be responsible for monitoring legal developments to ensure our company remains compliant with HSEQ-related legislation.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will work closely with our Sustainability Committee to enhance our company's environmental performance, particularly around carbon reduction. You will need a full driving license, a valid CSCS card, and recognized Health & Safety qualifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
