We are seeking a highly skilled Rostering Specialist to join our HRIS team at Methodist Homes. As a key member of our workforce management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of our HR and Payroll system, iTrent.
Key Responsibilities- Assist operational colleagues in building and uploading core rosters into iTrent within agreed timetables and in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Work with HRIS colleagues to understand, maintain, and support iTrent configuration that impacts rostering.
- Deliver training and support to colleagues on the use of iTrent and rostering.
- Identify and resolve basic problems/fault findings that arise in rostering, reporting any issues that cannot be resolved to HRIS and/or Payroll colleagues.
- Provide advice and support to colleagues on the ongoing use and future developments of the iTrent rostering and other required iTrent modules.
- Act as an escalation point for rostering, working to resolve issues in a timely and proactive manner.
- Identify areas for development within rostering and iTrent that will create efficiencies and reduce administrative burden for Operations, Payroll, and front-end users.
- Knowledge and experience of working with rostering systems.
- Knowledge and experience of working with HR and Payroll systems.
- Experience in contributing to IT systems projects.
- Experience of delivering systems training and support materials via various methods (face-to-face, online, and documentation).
- Experience of iTrent or other HR/Payroll software.
