Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as an IT Compliance and Strategy Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our schools to ensure compliance across the IT landscape and support them with IT strategy, cyber, and policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a strategic view of all IT functions across the Trust.
  • Demonstrate the ability to support, challenge, and work in coproduction with senior colleagues and executive teams on all aspects of IT, strategy, policy, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective IT compliance and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with schools to ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support on IT-related matters to schools and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT compliance and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of IT strategy, policy, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior colleagues and executive teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
