Are you a seasoned Business Intelligence Product Owner looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Intelligence Product Lead to join our team at Fruition IT in Leicester.

This role is responsible for leading the transformation to build a new data platform utilising cutting-edge technology, working closely with the business and BI/Data teams to shape the future of how data is used across the organisation.

You will be shaping the roadmap for the new data platform, proactively ensuring priorities are aligned with the business strategy, and working closely with Data, BI and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the roadmap for Data Transformation
  • Proactively ensuring priorities are aligned with the business strategy
  • Work closely with Data, BI and analytics teams
  • Be a voice of the user
  • Value-driven development
  • Promote a culture of customer-focused delivery across the team
  • Internal and external stakeholder management

Requirements:

  • Data team management experience
  • Experience building Epics and User Stories
  • Experience working with tools such as Snowflake, PowerBI, MS Synapse Data Services
  • ERP systems knowledge
  • Ability to lead and facilitate internal and external meetings
  • Ability to collaborate with others to deliver optimal value
  • Working with agile or scaled agile methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
