The Role
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients' business and risk management needs, and work closely with our brokers to deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage the renewal process, ensuring timely gathering of information and effective communication with clients and markets.
- Prepare and review market documentation, presentations, and client reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate the delivery and processing of insurance placements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using our corporate document management system.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Contribute to the development of our team's expertise and knowledge, sharing best practices and innovative ideas.
Requirements
- Working towards CII qualifications, with a strong understanding of the London Insurance Market and regulatory bodies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, with experience in document management and data entry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
