The Role

  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' business and risk management needs, and work closely with our brokers to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage the renewal process, ensuring timely gathering of information and effective communication with clients and markets.
  • Prepare and review market documentation, presentations, and client reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate the delivery and processing of insurance placements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using our corporate document management system.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of our team's expertise and knowledge, sharing best practices and innovative ideas.

Requirements

  • Working towards CII qualifications, with a strong understanding of the London Insurance Market and regulatory bodies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, with experience in document management and data entry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
