We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Executive to join our team at ProTalent Limited in Cambridge. As a Corporate Finance Executive, you will play a key role in the Corporate Finance Team, assisting in the execution of Corporate Finance engagements across both Transaction Support and Lead Advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of Financial Due Diligence reports for corporate acquisitions, private equity investments, and bank pre-lending reviews.
  • Liaising with clients, funders, and intermediaries during transaction execution.
  • Liaising with other departments, such as tax, throughout the transaction.
Lead Advisory:
  • Report writing, including preparation of Information Memoranda and Business Plans.
  • Financial modelling, including cash flow and financing models.
  • M&A analysis, including identification of potential acquisition targets or buyers.
  • Researching, preparing, and supporting presentations/sales pitches for new business.
  • Liaising with clients, funders, and intermediaries during transaction execution.
  • Relationship building with local intermediary market, including banks and lawyers.

The ideal candidate will have an audit background and some Transaction Services or Corporate Finance experience. You will need to be a self-starter, able to work flexible hours and to tight deadlines. You will be ACA or ACCA qualified, with good written and verbal communication skills.
