Role Summary: Assistant Front of House Manager
The Assistant Front of House Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences across all areas of the house. This role requires a strong background in hotel Front of House supervision, with a passion for creating memorable moments through flawless attention to detail and personalized resident/member service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Front of House staff to provide exceptional service to residents and guests.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive resident experience.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and security in all areas of the house.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience in a hotel Front of House supervisory role.
- An entrepreneurial personality with a passion for innovation and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
- A flair for intuitive service and a commitment to delivering exceptional resident experiences.
- Strong task and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
