Role Summary: Assistant Front of House Manager

The Other House Assistant Front of House Manager has a passion for delivering impeccable experiences across all areas of the house, serving a mix of guests, members and residents. Our Assistant Front of House Manager has a strong background in a hotel Front of House supervisory role with a passion for creating memorable moments through flawless attention to detail and personalised resident/member service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strong leadership abilities and organisational skills.
  • An entrepreneurial personality who can think outside of the box, drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the House
  • Ideally previous experience in an overnight Front of House role
  • A flair for intuitive service
  • Excellent command of English - both verbal and written
  • Second language (preferred but not essential)
  • A positive, engaging personality
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong task and time management abilities
  • The right to work in UK
