Role Summary: Assistant Front of House ManagerThe Assistant Front of House Manager has a passion for delivering impeccable experiences across all areas of the house, serving a mix of guests, members, and residents. This role requires a strong background in a hotel Front of House supervisory role with a passion for creating memorable moments through flawless attention to detail and personalized resident/member service.
About You- Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.
- An entrepreneurial personality who can think outside of the box, drive change, and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the House.
- Ideally previous experience in an overnight Front of House role.
- A flair for intuitive service.
- Excellent command of English – both verbal and written.
- Second language (preferred but not essential).
- A positive, engaging personality.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong task and time management abilities.
- The right to work in the UK.
