**About the Role**

TeacherActive is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide strategic HR partnership and play a critical role in working closely with management and employees to provide comprehensive HR support and to deliver a value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement HR initiatives that are aligned with overall business requirements
* Act as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
* Support the performance appraisal process
* Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights

**What We Offer**

* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service) and an extra day annual leave on your birthday
* Reduced working hours in the school holidays
* 20 Days WFH allowance per annum (upon passing probation)
