About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a chance to manage diverse transaction and integration projects that span across various business functions, including Sales, Finance, and HR.

The Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Manager will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day activities of M&A, working closely with stakeholders and end-users to ensure seamless changes, resolve issues promptly, and maximize value from our portfolio of acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, update, and project manage transaction plans, including interdependencies, critical paths, and progress tracking.
  • Design and manage action trackers, ensuring timely follow-up on actions for all transactions.
  • Maintain risk logs for relevant projects and ensure post-close mitigating actions are effectively managed.
  • Oversee the diligence log throughout the due diligence process.
  • Support budgeting and cost management for projects, including providing monthly reports on costs and forecasts.
  • Update weekly action logs to support task tracking.
  • Define integration project scopes, objectives, and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources.
  • Ensure seamless integration of HR and Sales processes, system migration, and integration.
  • Bring structure and organization to complex integration projects.
  • Foster effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
Key Requirements
  • Significant direct hands-on experience in managing integration projects is required.
  • Leadership experience in working on technology-backed integration projects.
  • Experience with ERP migrations.
  • Proven track record of Project Management.
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • Solid operator of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • References and an in-tray exercise will be required.
