We are looking for a skilled Modernization Project Coordinator who is prepared to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our projects and will be responsible for:

Crafting a tailored delivery strategy for each project site and guiding the Otis team, including indirect reports and subcontractors, to meet project objectives. Creating contract schedules using project management software and collaborating with the Project Controls Lead to facilitate comprehensive project enhancements. Continuously assessing and reviewing project progress against established plans, taking proactive measures to address any delays or claims to ensure timelines are met. Serving as the primary contact for all client communications and representing Otis at various meetings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, preferably within the elevator or construction sectors. Familiarity with modernization or large-scale repair initiatives is highly advantageous. Proficient in IT and knowledgeable about various project management tools, including MS Project. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
